How it works
The client would provide the alcohol while we provide an exceptional bartending experience and a complimentary beverage consultation to help estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon the guest count.
Our professional bartenders will bring all the bartending tools necessary to operate a bar. We can also provide a hassle-free service package that includes all the extras so you don’t have to worry about missing any essentials (includes mixers, sodas, juices, ice, cups, garnishes, etc.).
For maximum efficiency, we will staff bartenders based upon the industry standard ratio of 1:85, 1 bartender for every 85 guests. Our staff will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to set up and will remain 30 minutes after the event to clean up the bar area. Events will not have a required minimum amount of hours.

- Bags of icE
- alcohol (beer, liquor, wine)
- Mixers/soda (sour mix, cranberry juice, tonic, soda, etc.)
- napkins
- garnishes (lemons, limes, olives)
- Optional for speciality drinks:
- Mint, pineapple, cherries, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, rasberries, watermelon, apples, celery
- Salt (margaritas), simple syrup or sugar, chocolate sryup (chocolate martinis)
- Optional for speciality drinks:
- cocktail stir straws and tall cocktail straws (optional)
- professional bar tool kit (bartender will bring)
- Stainless stell cocktail shaker and cocktail mixing glass, free flow liquor bottle pourers, 4-compartment condiment tray, stainless steel strainer, 6-compartment bar caddy (if needed for napkins & straws), muddler, rubber bar mat, bar towels, small ice container for cocktails, ice scoop, speed beer bottle opener and corkscrew wine bottle opener.
